Eligibility for Refund

  • You must submit your refund request within 14 calendar days from your original purchase date.
  • The refund applies to any of our eligible courses (unless otherwise stated) purchased directly via the Platform.

Refund Processing

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment.
  • You can expect the amount to be credited back to you within 10-15 business days of approval, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Fees associated with third-party platforms or payment gateways beyond our control may not be refundable by us.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine there is evidence of abuse (such as repeated refunding after full course consumption) or if the request does not meet the criteria set out above.
